SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow a few hours to process your order. Expect an email within 1 to 2 hours to let you know your order is being made!
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button. When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information.
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 4 days using different shipping providers depending on the country of destination. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The shipping costs vary depending on the product. We always ship from the closest fulfillment center's location, but in some cases, the closest fulfillment center available may not be the same as the  country of destination. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Germany, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Canada, Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, United States.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Syzygy Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns(see return policy for conditions) or refunds up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is defect and we will refund the full order amount. We don't accept exchanges. Our business doesn't hold inventory and we create the product on demand, therefore, we don't accept the return or exchange of products via shipping. It is not necessary to send the product back.

If there is a defect or issue with the product, we offer a reshipment of the order or a full refund. We support sustainability, we suggest to donate or recycle the product instead of shipping it back to us.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at syzygystore.info@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
